1. The service

Kpital is a personal finance app for recording expenses and income, splitting shared expenses, keeping a budget and setting savings goals. It is not financial, tax or investment advice. Any decisions you make based on the information in the app are your own.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter. You must be at least 16 years old to use Kpital.

3. Subscription and automatic renewal

Kpital may offer a free trial to eligible users followed by a paid subscription. The available duration, price and billing period are shown in the app with information from the App Store before you confirm.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or try to breach its security, access other people’s data or interfere with how it works.

5. Cancellation and account deletion

You can delete your account and your data whenever you want from More → Delete account and data. Note that cancelling the subscription does not delete the account, and deleting the account does not by itself cancel an active subscription: that is done in your Apple settings.

6. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from financial decisions made based on the information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will publish the current version here and update the date at the top.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to go to the courts where you live.

This is a translation of the Spanish version. If the two differ, the Spanish version prevails.
